I seem to find little bits and pieces of the settings but not always in one place. This assumes the VPN kill switch is on in the PIA client.

If you have Port Forwarding enabled in PIA, you'd insert the 5 digit port number from PIA below your IP into qBittorrent. You could also do with lowering your global connections, and connections per torrent. I have 500 global connections, and 50 connections per torrent.
